Instructions for paper presenters

Each paper presented at the main Conference is allocated 22 minutes in our program schedule. We recommend that each presentation takes 20 minutes, leaving 2 minutes for quick questions from the audience, speaker exchange and speaker introduction. Longer discussions will take place at the Poster Reception where all papers will be presented.
As for technical support, there is a built-in computer and a data projector in each of the lecture rooms reserved for the Conference. Presenters can bring a USB memory stick to load their ppt/pdf file before the beginning of the session. We recommend presenters not to use their own laptop, since the time spent to connect the laptop to the projector reduces the 20 minutes for presentation.
